After creating dozens of books, magazines, and other publications for Better Homes and Gardens®, Brave Ink Press®, Disney®, Hallmark®, and more, the team at Creating Together Journal saw a need for an uplifting and idea-packed online journal for Activity Directors in nursing homes, assisted living centers, senior centers, hospitals, adult day care centers, retirement communities and more. They met with associations and groups across the country to interview Activity Directors and other professionals to see what they would like in a online magazine/journal. After almost 2 years of research, Creating Together Journal was started.

Note: Projects, ideas, and activities are designed to be used by Activity Directors and other professionals within the residence. While some activities give modifications for various abilities, each activity must be modified to fit the needs of the individual. The consultation of a medical professional or other applicable authority should be included when necessary in any program.
